Effective July 31, 2010 all mortgage loan originators employed by Department licensees under the California Finance Lenders Law or the California Residential Mortgage Lending Act must be license as a mortgage loan originator. MLO Fees: New Application Fee $300.00; Annual Renewal Fee $300.00; Reinstatement Fee (Late Renewal) $100.00. All fees are non-refundable.
