Clinical Histocompatibility Scientist (also known as Medical and Clinical Laboratory Technologists) Application Fee: $230.00 Requirements: Official transcript with Bachelor of Science degree posted in biological or clinical laboratory science. Verification documents of one year of clinical training or work experience in all areas of clinical histocompatibility testing, in a clinical Laboratory. All documents must be sent directly to LFS from the source. Examination: Applicants must refer to the LFS website for the list of approved certifying organization examinations for each license category. Renewal: 24 units/hours of Continuing Education every 2 years. Average Time to Process Application: 150 days (5 months). Incomplete application packages may be abandoned 150 days after registration.
