Clinical Genetic Molecular Biologist Scientist (also known as Medical and Clinical Laboratory Technologists) Fees: Fees are subject to change with each fiscal year. Exams: Applicants must refer to the LFS Website for the list of approved certifying organization examinations for each license category. Academic and Training or Experience Requirements: Baccalaureate or an equivalent higher degree in a biological or clinical laboratory science, or field related to genetics plus one year of post-baccalaureate training or one year of work experience in clinical genetic molecular biology in a clinical laboratory certified under CLIA by the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), performing high complexity testing in clinical genetic molecular biology.
