Crematory manager shall be responsible for exercising direct supervision and control over the operations, employees, and agents of the crematory as is necessary to ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions. Fees: Application and Exam fee: $450; License fee: $80; Renewal fee: $80. Examination Frequency: 6 days a week (outside vendor PSI). Exam Locations: 14 sites through out the State of California. Education Requirements: High School Graduate. Average Time to Process Application: 30 days.
