Combatants (amateur and professional boxers, wrestlers, and martial artists) who participate in an event must be issued a license with the Idaho State Athletic Commission. Applicants must: 1) Undergo review of age, physical condition, and ability; 2) Undergo physical examination including drug and blood testing; 3) Pay applicable fees. Term: Licenses are renewed annually.
