License: Nursing Home Administrators

Nursing home and shelter home managers in Idaho must be licensed by the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses. Applicants for licensure must: 1.) Be at least 21 years of age; 2.) Demonstrate good moral character; 3.) Complete a bachelor's degree program or two (2) years of satisfactory practical experience; 4.) Complete an administrator-in-training program; 5.) Pass an exam. Term: Licenses are renewed annually.
