Manufactured Home Installer must be licensed in Idaho. Applicants must: 1.) Post a bond of $5,000 with the Idaho Division of Building Safety; 2.) Provide proof of place of business and compliance with Federal Manufactured Housing and Safety Standards Act (HUD Code) standards; 3.) Pass a written exam. Term: Licenses must be renewed annually.
