Public Works construction managers must be licensed in Idaho. Applicants must: 1.) Submit an application with required documents and fees; 2.) Have Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering or construction management from an accredited and board approved college or university and a minimum of four years of experience managing construction projects; OR 3.) Have a minimum of five years of experience managing construction projects; 4.) Provide official transcripts and three letters of references; 5.) Pass an exam. Term: Licenses are renewed annually.
