Idaho workers that use or supervise the use of agricultural chemicals or supply technical advice or recommendations regarding the use of agricultural pesticides need a Pesticide Applicators license. There are three types of licenses: Private Applicator, Professional Applicator and Dealer. To become licensed as a Private Applicator you must: 1.) Submit an application with required documents and fees; 2.) Pass an exam. Term: Licenses are valid for two years before renewal.
