Anyone who regularly grows, sells, deals, or imports any nursery or florist stock, or works for a nursery, florist, or landscape contractor with sales totaling $500 or more each year, must be licensed. Applicants must submit required documents and fees to the Idaho Department of Agriculture. Term: Licenses are renewed annually.
