Real Estate Salespersons must be licensed in Idaho by the Idaho Real Estate Commission. Applicants for licensure must: 1.) Be 18 years of age; 2.) Earn a high school diploma or equivalent; 3.) Complete at least 90 hours of pre-license education; 4.) Pass a national and state exam; 5.) Hold Errors & Omissions insurance; 6.) Undergo fingerprint background check. Term: Licenses are valid for two years before renewal.
