Responsible for all cage transactions occurring during the shift which include the following: issuing and receiving table fills and credits; receiving chips, tokens, cash equivalents and markers in exchange for cash; receiving marker and front money withdrawals initiated and accepted in the pit; handling cash advance transactions; preparing daily bank deposits; preparing closeout reports; verifying hopper bags and issuing jackpots and hopper fills; selling chips to patrons in exchange for currency. When working in the credit administration area, participates in the daily processing of patron credit and check cashing applications and assumes responsibility for the maintenance of subsidiary records and accumulation of data for required reports. Must have positive attitude and good customer relations. Reports to cage supervisors on their assigned shift. May perform other duties as required.
