An individual, employed in the gaming industry, who can exercise direct operational control over all casino operations including the establishment and implementation of policies and procedures which are consistent with the Illinois Gaming Board rules and regulations. Manages casino operation; establishes policy on types of gambling to be offered and extension of credit. Safeguards assets. Hires and delegates authority to subordinates. Reviews operational expense and collection reports for accuracy. Resolves complaints requiring explanation and interpretation of house rules. Promotes player goodwill. May assume functions of casino shift manager or slot manager.
