IC 4-33-8-2 In order to obtain a license to work in a riverboat casino, the candidate must: Be at least 18 years of age. Not have been convicted of a felony nor have been subject to disciplinary action that woul interfere with the ability to carry out professional duties. Demonstrate a level of skill of knowledge that the commission determines is necessary to perform the skills necessary for the occupation. Submit a full set of fingerprints. Pay all application and licensure fees.
