Applicants must have graduated from an accredited school of dentistry approved by Louisiana Board of Dentistry, according to the rules and regulations. Pass written and clinical tests given by the regional dental testing agencies. Pass the Joint Commission on National Dental Examination. Applicants must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
