License: Nurse, Anesthetists

Possess a current/valid, unrestricted Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license. Possess a minimum of a graduate degree or post graduate award with a concentration in the respective APRN role. Completion of the APRN educational program must have occurred within the preceding 2 years.
