"Residential Care Facility Administrator" is an individual who has responsibility for the general administration of a residential care facility. A residential care facility refers to a Level II Residential Care Facility having a licensed capacity for seven or more residents, and whose services provided fall within the definition of a medical care facility other than a hospital.
