A person who is a graduate of a CODA-approved dental hygiene program, or is a final-year student in a CODA-approved DMD or DDS program who, under the supervision of a licensed dentist, may perform acts or services on teeth and related structures that are educational, therapeutic, prophylactic and preventive in nature.
