An applicant for a Casino Level 3 License must first apply to the casino's or supplier's Human Resources Department, who must provide a written statement that the casino/supplier has hired or intends to hire the applicant. An application along with a $50 application fee must be submitted to the Michigan Gaming and Control Board. Finally, a background examination must be completed and a $50 license fee submitted.
