<h3>Occupational Description</h3><br>Fireworks Display Operators perform firework displays which utilize Class B fireworks. They are in charge of all aspects of the display, including supervising individuals, setting up the location, ensuring safe distances are maintained, and crowd control.<br><h3>Licensure Requirements</h3><br>Fireworks Display Operators must pass the Nebraska State Fire Marshal Firework Public Display Operator Test with a score of 80% or higher, and must be 18 or older on the date the test is administered. A Citizenship Attestation form must also be submitted, and must be received by the State Fire Marshal’s office at least 5 business days prior to the examination date.<br><h3>Fees</h3><br>No fee<br><h3>Renewal</h3><br>A new test must be passed every three years.
