In Nevada, anyone who sells, rents or leases a manufactured structure must be licensed. Licensing categories are: Salesman and Responsible Managing Employee (RME). Applicants must pass the required exam with a score of at least 75% and submit fingerprints for a background check. Fees are subject to change.
