<p>Professional Game Operators operate games of chance on behalf of charitable organizations licensed to host such games. Secondary Game Operators are supervised by a Primary Game Operator, and are involved in dealing, running a roulette wheel, handling chips, or providing accounting services or security functions.</p> <p><strong>Legislation:</strong> NH RSA 287-D; Administrative Rules Chapter Pari 1200 (being renumbered as Lot 7200)</p> <p><strong>Application Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Submit a fully completed license application form</li> <li>Submit a complete and notarized Criminal Records Release Form, along with a complete set of fingerprints taken by a qualified law enforcement agency, and payment of the applicable fee (please refer to the NH State Police for additional information or to confirm current charges)</li> <li>Submit a photograph meeting passport standards</li> </ul> <p><strong>Examination:</strong> Not required</p> <p><strong>Continuing Education:</strong> Not required</p> <p><strong>Fees:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Application: $30</li> <li>Badge: $10</li></ul> <ul>Licenses expire on the last day of the licensee's birth month</ul> <p><strong>Reciprocity:</strong> Not permitted</p> <p>revised Jan 2018</p>
