Any Person In North Carolina Who Purchases Or Otherwise Obtains Ginseng Roots Which Have Been Collected Or Cultiviated In North Carolina In Any Quantity For Commercial Use. All Ginseng Dealers Shall Register After June 1 Of Each Year, Prior To Purchasing Ginseng. Ginseng Dealers Must Keep A Record Of Each Purchase. Such Records Shall Be Available For An Inspection By An Agriculture Inspector.
