License: Registered Nursery (Plants)

A Document Issued By NCDA Which Declares That The Person Named On The Certificate Has Listed His Name, Address, And Location With The Plant Protection Section And Is Authorized To Offer Nursery Stock For Sale, Barter, Exchange, Or A Gift Within The State. Registered Nurseries Are Nurseries That Are One Acre Or Less In Size And Sell Only Within North Carolina. A Nursery Is Any Place Where Any Plants Defined As Nursery Stock Are Grown For Sale, Barter, Exchange Or Gift. Nursery Stock Is Defined As All Wild, Cultivated, Or Greenhouse Grown Plants, Trees, Shrubs, Vines, Bulbous Plants And Roots, Grafts, Scions And Buds Grown Or Kept For Or Capable Of Propagation, Distribution, Or Sale. Excluded Are: Annual Plants; Cut Flowers; Tree, Field, Vegetable, Flower Or Other True Seeds; Decorative Plants Or Plant Parts Without Roots Not Intended For Propagation; And Perennial Plants Intended For Indoor Use That Are Produced In North Carolina.
