Factory Branch Means A Branch Office Maintained For The Sale Of New Motor Vehicles To New Motor Vehicle Dealers, Or For Directing Or Supervising The Factory Branch's Representative In This State. It Is Unlawful For Any Factory Branch To Engage In Business As Such In This State Without First Obtaining A license. The Holder Of A Factory Branch May Operate As A Motor Vehicle Dealer Without Obtaining An Additional Or Paying An Additional Fee.
