Registration of persons who solicit, recruit, or represent athletes for the purpose of financial gain in professional sports. May also include Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) opportunities. Certificate of Registration is granted to an applicant in order to enter into an agency contract with a student athlete or, to directly or indirectly, recruit or solicit a student athlete to enter into an agency contract.
