Permits that allow nonresident funeral directors, embalmers and funeral service licensees to remove bodies from and to arrange and direct funerals and embalm bodies in this State, but these privileges shall not include the right to establishment a place of business in or engage generally in the business of funeral directing and embalming in this State.
