Required of any person, firm or corporation who for a valuable consideration, verifies, inspects, evaluates, tests, installs, alters or restores, or offers to verify, inspect, evaluate, test, install, alter or restore plumbing. This license is limited to the installation/replacement/repair of exterior building sewer piping, exterior water service piping of 2 or less, back-flow preventers on 2 or less water piping, and water filtration systems.
