This certificate is issued to newly hired or promoted code enforcement officials for levels I, II, or III in five different technical areas to conduct code inspections and obtain experience prior to taking state examinations. This certificate is valid for three years and is transferable across the state. It is not extendable or renewable after the 3 year date.
