REAL ESTATE TIME SHARE SALESPERSON<br><br> Any person other than a licensed real estate broker or affiliate broker acting as a seller of any time share interval under contract with or control of a licensed real estate broker pursuant to a registered time share program. <br><br>REQUIREMENTS: <br>Be at least 18 years of age, a resident of the state, have a reputation for honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity and the competence to transact the business of time share salesperson, and satisfy education and examination requirements. <br><br>EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:<br> A 30 hour training program consisting of instruction in the fundamentals of the Tennessee Time Share Act and related topics.<br><br> EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS: <br>Successful completion of a written examination. <br><br>(The examination is administered by Assessment System Inc., (800)274-0999).
