Tax accountants prepare tax returns for individuals, businesses or corporations and may analyze the effects of taxes on certain business decisions. Management consultants offer advice on a variety of matters, such as revising accounting systems and recommending data processing systems. Accountants may also serve as internal revenue agents or investigators and bank examiners.
