The First Class Full Time CTE Permit is issued to an individual to work as a career and technical education teacher in a public school in WV if the applicant has not completed a CTE teaching program. This form requires commitment to enroll in, and complete, the WVBE approved career and technical education program while teaching. This form also allows for Career and Technical Education Substitute Permits for individuals to work as a career and technical education substitute teacher in a public school in WV.
