Certification: Box Round II Instructor

This certification incorporates the basic and advanced boxing skills for punching, footwork, punch mitts, the heavy bag, focus targets and the jump rope designed for one on one and small group training. The course is formatted utilizing the boxing gym workout based on 3 minute work and 1 minute recovery. The training includes hands-on practical sessions using various boxing equipment and techniques, and requires passing a practical exam to receive ISCA Box Round II Instructor Certification.
