This specialty certification provides the instructor all of the ins and outs about mixed martial arts conditioning and its many benefits. You will learn all of the techniques to condition your body the same way MMA fighters have done since the birth of the sport. Here's your opportunity to learn MMA strikes, equipment utilization and MMA conditioning drills in a safe and fun environment. The training includes hands-on practical sessions and requires passing a practical exam to receive ISCA MMA Instructor Certification.
