Certification: Kettlebell level II Instructor

This specialty certification course will teach you how to improve your clients' strength and endurance, as well as enhancing their overall fitness, with a progressive approach to kettlebells. The Kettlebell Level II course will demonstrate the exciting and elevated training programs, designed to teach the more dynamic and explosive movements used with the kettlebell. This is the next step to becoming a master kettlebell instructor. It is recommended that you have a base knowledge of the kettlebell program. The training includes hands-on practical sessions and requires passing a practical exam to receive ISCA Kettlebell level II Instructor Certification.
