Certification: Pilates Level II Instructor

This specialty certification will take your Pilates training to the next level. You will learn how to utilize various props to maximize a client's strengths and create customized programs to meet their specific needs. Unlike traditional weight training, Pilates helps to build strength starting from the core, these props that you will be using will help the client overcome their areas of weakness to create overall strength in the body. The training includes hands-on practical sessions and requires passing a written exam to receive ISCA Pilates Level II Instructor Certification.
