Applicant must: be of good moral character; Be a U.S. citizen or provide verification that applicant is authorized to work in the U.S. as proven by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Board; Be a graduate of a Board-approved Program of Physical Therapy Education; Pass a written examination approved by the Board.
