A Septic Tank Cleaner is a person or company who cleans septic tanks or transports septage or sewage within the State of Arkansas. Requirements: Each Septic Tank Cleaner must comply with the Arkansas Department of Health's Rules and Regulations pertaining to Septic Tank Cleaners. Examination required. License fee: $25.00 per vehicle per year (Paid by owner of company [Licensee])
