An HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning or Refrigeration) Registrant is an individual who performs work for a class A, B or C license holder, within the limitations of that license, and is duly registered with the Department. Requirements: Must be legally employed by a licensed class A, B, C, D, E, or L contractor and be duly registered with the Department. Examination Required. License fee: $25.00 per year
