Requirements: 1) A complete application required. 2) Must submit the completed reference forms showing at least 4 years of experience (for new application); in the alternative, the applicant may take and pass an examination in lieu of showing experience. 3) Must submit current compiled balance sheet less than one year old showing positive net worth. 4) Must have a passing test score for the Arkansas Business and Law exam. 5) Worker's Compensation coverage is required, if there are employee(s).
