Registered Commercial Subcontractor: Registered Commercial Subcontractors manage and perform specialized construction in their area of expertise, under the supervision of a licensed contractor. Requirements: 1) A complete application required. 2) Self certify that they have the appropriate knowledge and skills to perform the classification for which they are registering. 3) Must have a fully executed $10,000 Contractors Surety Bond. 4) Worker’s Compensation insurance coverage is required, if there are employee(s). Examination: None. Fee $100 per year.
