REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSING: Personal requirements: Submit FBI electronic fingerprint for criminal background history check. Education requirements: Graduate from a board-approved nursing program. EXAMINATIONS: National Council Licensure Exam (NCLEX). FEES: $40 for application, $54 for 2-year license, $40 for Center for Nursing special fund, and $100 for biennial compliance resolution fund.
