Occupational Therapist Assistants must be licensed to practice in the State of Idaho. Applicants for licensure must: 1.) Graduate from an approved occupational therapy program; 2.) Complete four months of supervised fieldwork; 3.) Pass an exam. Term: Licenses are renewed annually.
