To receive a Barber's License, an applicant must beat at least 17 years old, have completed the equivalent of a 10th grade education, complete at least 1,800 hours at a licensed barber college, and pass the theory and practical examination administered by PSI Services, LLC. The license application fee is $20.00, with an annual renewal fee of $30.00.
