To receive an Insurance Counselor License from the State of Michigan, an applicant must have successfully completed the required examination. Upon meeting this requirement, they must file an Electronic Resident Licensing application through the National Insurance Producer Registry website and remit the $20.00 license fee and $5.00 transaction fee.
