Applying for Certification Chiropractic Assistant (CA) [Reference: Section 73-6-5(2)] Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent Complete the online CA Registration Form and submit it online within seven (7) days of employment. Payment of $50.00 registration fee (money order or cashier's check) within sixty (60) days of employment. Receiving 6 hours of continuing education within 6 months of employment. Renewal fee is $50.00. Late fee, if paid after June 30, is $100.00
