Occupations included as contractors are construction managers, painters, paperhangers, plasterers, drywall installers, glaziers, carpenters, floor and carpet layers, roofers, bricklayers, water well drillers, stone masons, structural steel workers and insulation workers. Contractor registration is mandatory for those who have employees and optional for those who have none.
