Applicants for certification must: 1) Have 12 months or 480 hours of classroom training or have 6 months of on-the-job training. 2) Be proficient in x-ray and physiotherapy techniques. 3) Pass a State Board examination. Fees may be subject to change. Fees are: fingerprint processing - $38.25; application for certification--$100; examination--$60; biennial certificate renewal--$120.
