Applicants must: 1) Have graduated with an Associate degree (official transcripts required). 2) Passed the national exam given by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). 3) Provide verification of certification from NBCOT (must be sent directly to the Board by NBCOT). 4) Provide verification of supervision by an Occupational Therapist licensed in Nevada. If licensed in another state, verification must be sent directly to the Board from the licensing agency in that state. Fees are subject to change. Fees are: application--$150; license--$175; license renewal--$125.
