Podiatry hygienists must be licensed by the State Board. Applicants must take the exam issued by the Board or work under the supervision of a Podiatrist for six months. Fees may be subject to change. Fees are: license --$100; annual renewal -$100; fingerprints --$38.25 (may vary).
